Vishesh Chopra is an MBA Graduate and had extensive corporate experience of 17 years working with conglomerates like Bhari Airtel, Accenture, Airtel Africa, Mobileum Technologies & KPMG. However, his passion lies only in betterment of people and extending Legal Help & Support to underprivileged society. Hence, he quit his corporate career and pursued law Degree for accomplishing his vision of creating a robust system of helping those in need.
He also holds certificate of Practice from member of Bar Council of Delhi and an active member of Bar Council of Delhi.
His brings over 20 years of experience in General Corporate and Commercial Laws including Strategic Contracts Negotiations, Commercial Dispute Management, Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Mediation, Technical Pre Sales & Negotiations, Fraud Management & Risk Assurance, Strategic Contract Negotiations which gives him a competitive edge along with expertise in RERA, DPDP Act, Cyber Law, Wills & Probates and associated criminal matters.
He has worked closely with a large number of international and domestic corporations with respect to their business in India and abroad.

Mr. Arsh Bhalla is a Law Graduate from UPES, Dehradun. He pursued a degree in Arts and Law, specializing in energy studies from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies in Dehradun. He holds a certificate from Bar Council of India and is entitled to practice the profession of law in accordance with the Advocates Act 1961. He is an active member of Delhi Bar Council.
He brings over 9+ years of legal experience to the table, having worked across various courts including regularly appearing in Trial Courts and High Courts across states. He Has also represented matters before Honourable Supreme Court of India on multiple occasions.
His expertise spans a wide range of legal matters including Criminal, Civil, Matrimonial, Property Disputes, 138 NI Act and matters pertaining to Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRTs), DRAT, NCLAT, NCLT.
