Crime Prevention Council

The Human Rights & Crime Prevention Council (HRCPC) exists to close the gap between the rights citizens hold on paper and the justice they can actually reach.

We are a team of lawyers, social activists and dedicated individuals working for the protection of human rights, prevention of crime and ensuring access to justice for all. Our mission is to empower citizens through legal aid, awareness, advocacy and community participation.
